In this session, we will:
• Explore the Yin–Yang relationship between Water and Wood
• Learn how Kidney supports Liver
• Observe signs of depletion vs stagnation
• Practice gentle, consent-based meridian awareness
• Integrate supportive light therapy applications
• Reflect on seasonal shifts in both ourselves and our horses
